I scheduled an appointment with this dental office because I needed to find a new dentist in the area and thought the location would be convenient. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in, it was a complete disaster. I stood at the front desk for several minutes without being acknowledged, and when one of the receptionists finally responded, it was with a cold, unfriendly “We’ll be with you in a moment.” It felt more like I was an inconvenience than a patient. As I sat waiting, I overheard a loud and unprofessional exchange between a dentist and another patient coming from down the hall. The entire environment felt chaotic and uncomfortable. On top of that, the office was extremely hot, which only added to the discomfort on what was already a warm day. I’ve never done this before, but I decided to leave before even being seen. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. While the online reviews made this place seem promising, my experience was the exact opposite. The front staff did not come across as friendly or welcoming, and I couldn’t bring myself to trust them with my dental care. I know they may respond with a generic reply, but I’m sharing my honest, firsthand experience as a new patient walking in without any bias—and it was truly disappointing.

I am a dental coward and hadn’t been to the dentist in years. I had a few bad teeth killing me and ran around trying to get into a dentist for some relief. On about my 5th try, I found Affordable Dentist online and had heard about them before. Without hesitation they welcomed me in and discussed my needs and pain I was in. The ladies up front and staff and doctors made me feel very welcome and comfortable and took me in to their care. I never felt that positive about a dentist before. It was a good informative exchange with affordable dental care. By the way-they do not dispense lectures to make you feel bad about your dental issues. They are always positive and upbeat! I will be getting some ongoing dental work and I’m glad I found this place to get it done. Hats off to the doctors and staff!!

Omg, the staff at this location is sooooo awesome! Yari made me feel welcomed and Shletha eased my nerves during my entire procedure. The lobby is very inviting & cozy. Its Snacks, bottled water, and coffee readily available for anyone in the waiting area. There are TVs in every room and the background music wasn't annoying. Can't wait to my next visit to reunite with my dental family. BTW, i was unhappy with an issue and everyone chipped in to make sure everything was resolved. (My giant issue was an easy fix for them.) And that went all long way for me.. thank you to everyone at the north Dallas location 🙏
