I would recommend this office to anyone. The building is extremely welcoming, and the staff was nice and helpful. I had a few concerns that I wanted to address. Dr. Kim was great, and he explained everything in such detail that I didn’t have much questions. He laid out all of my options for me and helped me pick a treatment that was the best for me. Yari was very welcoming and helpful with working with my restricted schedule. She also helped me with all of my financial questions. I would recommend this office a million times over.

A Lifesaver During a Tough Time! I cannot express how grateful I am to Affordable Dentist near me, Dallas location. After having porcelain crowns for years, one of them fell off and broke into pieces right before Christmas. To make matters worse, I’m unemployed and in the process of moving in with family. I didn’t know what to do, especially since I couldn’t afford a new crown. When I went to Affordable Dentist near me Dallas, they were incredibly understanding. They helped me find a payment plan and provided a temporary solution so I could feel comfortable through the holidays. I was so relieved and thankful for their care and compassion. My smile is everything to me because I have to smile through tough times, So I can’t recommend this office enough! The staff treated me with respect, even though I didn’t have money to pay up front. They really made me feel like they cared about my well-being, not just my ability to pay. This is now my permanent dental office. Thank you so much for everything – you’ve earned a lifelong patient!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I scheduled an appointment for an examination to prepare for braces. However, during the appointment, the dentist informed me that due to my complicated case, they could not provide the treatment and recommended that I see an orthodontist instead. While I appreciated the honesty, I was surprised because I had been led to believe they had an orthodontist on staff when I made the appointment. The situation became frustrating when they began recommending other treatments, which I politely declined. I explained that I preferred to consult with the orthodontist who would handle my braces before proceeding with any additional treatments. Despite this, they continued to push the treatments aggressively and even tried to pressure me into signing a treatment plan and paying $1,075 upfront. The staff's behavior, particularly one woman at the front desk, was unprofessional and unpleasant. She raised her voice and aggressively forced me to agree to the treatment. This experience was incredibly disappointing and startled me.

Omg, the staff at this location is sooooo awesome! Yari made me feel welcomed and Shletha eased my nerves during my entire procedure. The lobby is very inviting & cozy. Its Snacks, bottled water, and coffee readily available for anyone in the waiting area. There are TVs in every room and the background music wasn't annoying. Can't wait to my next visit to reunite with my dental family. BTW, i was unhappy with an issue and everyone chipped in to make sure everything was resolved. (My giant issue was an easy fix for them.) And that went all long way for me.. thank you to everyone at the north Dallas location 🙏
