I love all the staff ❤️ so kind sweet and professional!! They get you in fast & on a payment plan !!! I got 2 wisdom teeth pulled and the nurse made me so comfortable she rubbed my shoulders during the shots in my gums 🫶🏽 & the doctor made it easy also !!! Walking me through everything ! This place I recommend 100000/10 !! & my monthly payments are super cheap !!! Hoping one day I could cook you guys a meal 🥰

Ashley and the whole staff was so nice and kind during my visit. I haven't been to the dentist in a couple of years. Having such a nice calming experience really ment alot. I cant wait to get started on my treatment plan and look forward to future visits.

It’s actually unbelievable. I went there for a cleaning. Insurance covered the whole thing. Then the assistant said “we need your credit card to pay $75 for numbing”. I was still sitting in the chair and didn’t get the cleaning yet but I was like ok. So they charged my card, and the doctor came back in and began to work on my teeth (very gently) but I was like aren’t you going to do numbing? He said no, why would I do numbing, there’s no need for numbing! And I said they just charged me $75 for numbing. He seemed confused and asked them why they did that and no one had an answer but he said they’d just refund it after. Fine by me. There was no need for numbing at all. When I go to leave, I say “can you refund me now?” And they tell me there will be no “manager” there for 2 hours and that their manager will do it when they get back. It’s been over 2 weeks and my credit card bill is about to come due. I have called many times and cannot get anything besides an AI bot. There is nowhere to contact on the website besides the AI phone number. The AI bot told me days ago “a manager will call you back” and nothing. Just such a complete scam. The actual dentist work was fine I guess but it’s just a complete joke that the main dentist told them to refund me and they just won’t do it. Now I have to file a claim with my credit card company. What a joke

My experience here at affordable dentist in Waco really deserves 10 stars!! They are very pleasing to deal with and Big shout out to Ashley!! She was very informative and helpful from start to finish!! My self and my family will be going here from here on out!! Thank you all at affordable dentist in Waco!! Keep it up!! Much love❤️❤️

Had my first appointment here today and everyone was so nice and helpful. I usually feel really nervous at the dentist but every single person made me feel so comfortable. Special shoutout to Ashley for referring me and for being so helpful throughout the process
