Teeth Whitening Crowley , TX

Went for my teenager’s routine cleaning and we had a fantastic experience. Amber cleaned his teeth with care, gentleness, and kindness. She put our fears at easy and was SO nice. Dr. G was great, had a wonderful bedside manner and took her time when talking to us. They weren’t pushy and didn’t try to sell us on things we didn’t need. They were efficient and did a great job. My son actually enjoyed the experience!

Hello definitely a great dentist! I recommend them! They’re friendly and takes their time to understand what’s the problem. Dede at the front desk was so nice and friendly. Amber also made sure I was comfortable and very welcoming. Dr. Tobias got my tooth extracted he’s very smooth, quick and makes sure you’re not in any pain. I had such a great experience with Dr. Barnett and her entire team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and kind. They took the time to explain everything from start to finish, and I never felt rushed or left with unanswered questionsz. Dr. Barnett is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me look at my situation in a completely different way, which honestly helped calm my nerves and made me feel so much more confident about moving forward. Danny and Aliyna at the front desk were amazing—they made check-in easy and were so friendly. You can really tell this office cares about their patients. I also love that they offer payment plans, which is such a huge help these days. I'm actually going back on Thursday for my procedure, and I feel really good about it. First... These positive reviews have to be bought and paid for. My wife and I are truck drivers who are home for 5 days a month. We scheduled appointments after AI was told they accepted our insurance. We gave them all the information over their electronic submission and in person, Bec for some reason they want you to do it twice. They then ran us through all the x ray.machines god has ever created... Sat us both in the same room... And came in with... I'm sorry we don't accept your insurance. When I told them I have been told multiple times they do, I was told by the lady that is just something their call center people say. But don't worry... Oh boy they have payment plans for situations like this. I said I was not interested and we left. Good luck trying to reach them. Everything is AI and call centers and you will Never reach the office. My wife received a bill for 1,200 dollars, I am guessing for the x rays. This place is a scam. Literally lied to us about accepting my PPO insurance, which should work out of network as well.... And the. Ran us through all the X-rays to charge us money before telling us it wasn't accepted. Avoid these scammers. Then the owner responds to this review telling me they take it seriously and to contact their office manager... How?! Your call center can never get the Crowley office to pick up the phone or return a call! And your AI is worse.

Amber and Dr. G were amazingly helpful. My crown process did not go smoothly to no fault of the team, but they handled it with so much care. I’m thankful to have been helped by two amazing women! The whole team is great!
