Everyone was great and so kind! Carolyn was an angel. She made sure everything was done at my pace and that I understood everything going on. The dentist himself was so gentle and understanding. Highly recommend coming here.

Yes, this dental business was horrible couple of years ago. We had so many issues and problems, to the point that we were done. Fast forward to 2025. We came in, wanting the dental prosthetics we paid for and under all intentions, determined to move to a new dentist. We were over their deficiencies in care and lack of knowledge of insurance and financing. However, Kassi was able to change our minds and asked to give the new owners a chance. She held up to her promises and proved to us that the level of care and professionalism had changed. The care, kindness, and the going above and beyond to help us, and others that I happened to listen in on as we were there, is exceptional. The oral surgeon explained everything and answered any questions we had and made us feel comfortable with my husband's decision. He was professional, yet kept things light so as to ease tension of the procedure. I was even given a blanket and use of the back area with the fireplace while waiting for my husband's procedure, that took two days to complete. Not the dentist's fault, it was just a major surgery that had to be done in steps. Please do not look at the name of the business and think that I will go there because I can't afford to go elsewhere that might be better. You will not lack quality coming here and they will be honest, and work with you to get your smile back. Know that you will be taken care of from start to finish. My many thanks go to all the dental assistants, not listed, the oral surgeon, and office staff that assisted my husband with the utmost care. Thank you for his new smile coming soon and saving his body from severe infection. You are all amazing.

This place is GREAT.. Their office manager Kassi is Awesome .. I woke up one morning with agonizing pain so I was in need of a dentist badly and immediately… I called a coworker that I knew had just seen the dentist and he was happy with his experience… So I asked him who did he see? He told me he went to Affordable dental off Lakeshore so I gave them a call. I’ve had some BAD prior experiences that have made me not want to see the dentist unless it’s an absolute must NEVERTHELESS I gave them a call. I explain the situation to Kassi not the phone and she listen to what I was saying and realized the pain I was in so she got me in immediately I mean within the hour… Once there, her and her team made me feel so comfortable and right at home now I’m going forward with all of the dental procedures that I have neglected and already knew that I needed including Invisalign… And it’s way more affordable than anyone else that I’ve spoken with so hopefully within the next year, I will have my perfect smile back…Thank You Affordable Dental … And A Special Thanks To Kassi . The comfort level starts with that Initial Interaction Kassi not only listened to me to listen, she listened to me to Understand …. So THANK YOU KASSI I’m So glad that my coworker recommended you guys and I’m so glad that YOU Answer the phone that day… Because if I would’ve had a Bad initial interaction. Awesome experience! Everyone was so friendly and thorough. From the front desk, to the X-ray techs, to the liaison who was there to make sure my experience was a good one to the dentist- everyone kept me informed and truly listened to me. Looking forward to finishing my treatment plan!
