I honestly tried to avoid leaving this review, but since I’ve continued receiving emails asking me to complete one, here it is. First, I want to give credit where it’s due. The front-desk staff were absolutely wonderful. They showed genuine compassion and understanding toward how I was feeling, especially by the end of my third visit that day. They were, without question, the best part of my experience. The dental assistant was nice, but unfortunately, the experience with her felt very rushed and heavy-handed. My mouth was hurting during the process, and when I became frustrated, I was told that I didn’t need to be rude. I’ll admit that I was frustrated and probably did come across as rude, but being in pain can certainly bring out that reaction. The dentist was also nice, but unfortunately, the overall experience left me feeling like everyone working on my mouth was simply winging it. I went there to have a partial made, and the quality of the work was, at best, extremely disappointing. The finished product looked and felt poorly made, and the overall quality was nowhere near what I expected. Eventually, I decided to leave because I honestly felt that continuing wasn’t going to make the situation any better. I suppose I understand the name Affordable Dental now—because in my experience, you truly get what you pay for. That said, I recognize that this is one person’s experience and my personal opinion. Others may have completely different experiences. But based on mine, I will not be returning, regardless of how much more I may have to pay somewhere else to get the quality of dental work I expect.

My mother and I both went in for dental care. These people are wonderful, extremely professional, very informative and will answer any and all questions that you may have. They made both of us feel extremely comfortable and they are all very knowledgeable. The business is extremely clean, well kept and ran very professionally. The staff is extremely caring and I would recommend all my family and friends to go to this office. My mother and I are both extremely happy with the work that we had done and my mothers was very extensive with oral surgery. Best dental office either one of us have ever been to. You will not regret going here for any and all dental care.

Tori and Austin are freaking ROCK STARS!!! I called and needed to be seen and couldn’t get in until the following Tuesday. This was Wednesday. Got a call Wednesday evening and got an appointment the next day due to a cancellation. When we walked in we were greeted with smiles and hellos. It was very different than we went the first time a couple of years ago. Tori and Austin are who I want to see and speak with everywhere I go! They are rocking it in customer service and the best of the best. The crew in the back were just as wonderful! Would highly recommend! Best customer service EVER!

The staff here is so kind and professional. They offered great prices and the service was done promptly. The doctor was also very welcoming. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for friendly, affordable, and great service!

I wanted to get the name before I posted but I have been coming here for months during the process of extractions, immediate dentures, try ins, adjustments. I see some familiar faces every time I come in and they are all just wonderful. Ive seen some new faces during this process and a change in actual dentist and I really cant say enough good things about this entire office. Everyone has been exceptional despite having to navigate all the changes that come with a new dentist and insurance changes etc. They have always been very communicative with me about things. There has been a couple hiccups over time with some notes about the process not ending up in my chart and a little confusion but even then, staff has been wonderful at figuring out the disconnect and making sure we stayed on the track i was expecting to be on. The biggest 10 stars goes to Branigan. I've just started seeing him recently and I think ive had him 2 or 3 times now and I just adore him. Friendly, comforting, honest. Explained to me the WHY behind the trains of thought regarding different adhesives and when to and not to use them and gave me some life changing advice on my bottom dentures that completely flipped the script on what and how I eat. He looked at my specific anatomy and helped me figure out what would and wouldn't work for me. I just adore this whole practice.
