This place has great employees! I just didn't like how the manager was so rude at my mom for just asking questions on the phone. I even told her we are alittle autistic so excuse our questions. She just didn't care that we had special needs and still got salty. When my mom went by herself.. the manager sounded frustrated with my mom. As soon as I went in with my mom twice the manager was super nice, go figure. Even a sign on the wall says be nice to the employees.. why dont the manager follow the same guidelines. Its not a one way street. They NEVER answer the phone and every time im up there I dont hear barely any calls coming through. When they do answer its at the end of the day when they are about to close. You'll just be lucky to get a hold of them. Its easier to go up there yourself. They are also not affordable, they keep adding up more to pay. Ive gone to other places that's cheaper and makes good payment plans. We had to pay 800 on the first payment. not worth coming here BUT I really like the employees here, they are SO nice and the dentist are so gentle and soooo good for my mom. She hasn't felt throbbing and not much pain at all. Thats the only good thing about this place. I give the dentist 5 stars but i'm giving this place 3 stars. Thanks for listening to my rant!

I recently had a tooth removed and the staff was so pleasant, patient and understanding. Blyss was so caring and compassionate! She's awesome and so was the dentist. He took exceptional care of me and the tooth removal! I am going back to have more work done. I definitely recommend this facility!

It’s very obvious that the pictures and reviews do not give an honest representation of this place. I have been helping my 89 year old grandmother who has gone here and it has been the absolute worst service I have had in a while. There have been so many empty promises made and dishonesty. My grandmother had dentures made that not only were uncomfortable and didn’t fit from the start that they would not help with but when she had to pay to have it repaired it came back with a big black stain on the front. They did agree to replace what they damaged as they should but it has been 3 weeks on top of the already 4 weeks it took from before. Almost 2 months without her dentures. The worst part is when I asked how long it would take to replace the damage they caused we were told it would take a week and the office manager would personally drive over to the lab and make it a priority. The lab is in Ohio!! So she drove to Ohio? No that was an obvious lie and over promise. My grandmother had to leave to Panama for a wedding without her dentures because it has been 3 weeks and still nothing. On top of that they don’t follow up with what they say or ever call back like they “say”. All I can say if you use this place you better hope you never need additional service because it won’t happen. They obviously don’t care and are only about the money. I truly can’t believe they are still in business.
