Went in around 1:30 for my 2:00 appointment since I was early. They said I wasn’t in the system, even though I had text message confirmations. They went ahead and put me in, but I didn’t get out until 3:10, and this was just for a general cleaning. The process took way too long with 3 X-rays and a lot of waiting in between. The greeting and professionalism weren’t great. A few years ago it felt much better managed, but unfortunately the experience has gone downhill. Nice ladies working but likely wont be back.
