“Update: I went back in today to have my tooth pulled. I was in and out within 30 min. The dentist did a great job making sure i was deadened properly and although my roots all had grown outwards, he managed to pull it with no pain. The dental assistant was very nice and professional as well. Thank you! I went in thinking i needed to replace a filling. Come to find out, due to the size, the Dr said a filling wouldmt last and i would need a root canal. I wasnt willing to pay for a root canal and told him to pull it. He suggested that i just leave it alone since it wasnt hurting me then come back later to have it pulled. I walked out not owing anything. Not many people can say that ever happened at the dentist..”

They been very up front from the start and very accommodating to my needs and what I wanted to get done. The process was very simple and they did a great job. I would think doing major surgery to have my teeth removed and have 8 implants would take long and be more painful but after a few days I was up and no pain. After a soft diet everything was great.

They were incredibly rude to my husband. He can't open his jaw all the way due to a bus accident as a kid. They knew this yet scheduled his appt for molds to be done. Molds couldn't fit in his mouth. Lady was choking him cramming it in. Then threw it down and said she couldn't do this. He only needed his top front tooth made. He has one already done to copy from. They could've just done top mold but insisted he needed full set of molds done. He was completely embarrassed by how the lady acted.

Kristi has been a great help to us. She made sure my Godfather felt comfortable, speaking both in English and Spanish to him, to ensure he understood everything. She also went over coverage in detail with us. Dr. Singley was also very thorough with his visit. And tried to figure out how to help him and meet his specific needs. I wish they took our HMO plan but will be switching Healthcare plans to ensure we can also come here in the near future.
