I am going to share my experience with this company because it may help someone who is going through the same thing. I have had a full upper denture and a partial lower denture for about 15 years. My first set worked very well for about 10 years, and then started chipping here and there over the next 2 years. At that point, I started searching around looking for a new upper, and found affordable dentures and implants in Lake Worth. The price was lower than most of the other dentists, and they were close to my home, and I purchased the premium plus denture in October of 2022 because they offered a 3 year full warranty. At first, they worked great, and they looked good, but after about 4 months, I was eating dinner with my wife, and I heard a loud POP as I was chewing my chicken…the denture had cracked! It had a large crack going from the front teeth all the way to where the left molars were about half way back on the denture. I made an appointment that day, and went in the next morning, where they took all day to fix it, but at least it was fixed. Or so I thought..since then, I have been back to them at least 5 times due to it cracking over and over again. I have lost a minimum of 30 hours of work over the last 2 years going to them to fix my upper. Last week, it broke in half COMPLETELY, but they said they couldn’t see me until MONDAY. When I went in, the dentist wouldn’t come talk to me even, saying I needed to do the bottom, and that’s why it’s cracking, yet when it broke in half, I dug up my old denture, and to my surprise, it still fit. I ate with it in, and realized that I had never been able to eat that well with their denture. And even after 15 years, it has never cracked!! I’ve come to the conclusion that in this case, it winds up being more expensive to do business with this company than it’s worth. I spent 2k on the upper I purchased from them, and really can’t eat anything that requires chewing after 3 years, and it is just going to keep cracking. I said such to them. That after it breaking in half, I believed they should replace it with a new one because it has cracked so much, and is still under warranty, but all they are interested in is fixing it until the 3 year warranty expires, and then tell me to just buy another. It’s not that the dentists or lab personnel there are bad. It’s that they are using sub par material for these dentures. They should call themselves cheap low quality dentures, because that’s what they are. If you have one of there dentures, and it has cracked, they are going to try and make you think it’s your fault. It isn’t. I spent $3500 on one last week from the same place I bought my first one, and I’m pretty sure it will last a decade or more. If you want a denture that works and lasts, don’t buy from here.
