Extra charge after I had the manager when I started. I asked for amount including everything. Because I was getting a loan to take care of it. Now there’s $ 420.00 due. Bad business. Staff is rude and disrespectful. Don’t even offer water after putting glue in your mouth. I won’t recommend this place to anybody.

I had snap in dentures that had a 5 year warranty. I went in for a cleaning and the inserts that snap on to the denture to be replaced,a month, before my warranty expired and I was assured that it would be covered and I left thinking my next visit would be covered by Medicare or I would be responsible for any cost. 5 months passed and I received a call that I owed $103.00 for my last visit. I was told that if I didn’t pay the balance immediately they were going to report it to collections. This was my first notice and I was un-aware there was a problem. In my opinion, after DDS gets their money and does the dental work, you are just like cattle, you’re branded and just put out to pasture, all on your own. I absolutely don’t recommend this company. Do a lot of research before deciding on the company that will do this life changing experience.
