Went in being a first time patient and told them about my situation with my wisdom and was taken in right away and the two nurses that I spoke to were just the best! One went over billing and payments with me, and the other doing X-Rays talked me through everything and kept asking me if I was okay and made me feel comfortable and the care given was amazing! Needless to say got my wisdom tooth pulled and the process was pretty quick and painless. Thank you and will definitely be coming back for all my future dental care!

Insurance coverage required me to switch dentists, so this was my first time visiting Affordable Dentist in Waco. I am so pleased with Dr. Francies. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and very caring. He was so thorough and gentle. The whole staff, from the person who greets you when you come in, to the Office Manager, who explained all charges to me in detail for my plan of care, to Miss Morgan, the hygienist- all of them were superlative. And I thought it was a sweet touch that my name was up on a welcome screen in the room!

This has been a horrible experience. I set up an appointment on Tuesday for today (Thursday). I received calls and texts for reminders. NEVER ONCE RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION TELLING ME THEY WERE CLOSED UNTIL MONDAY... For "inclement weather" that never happened. No sign on the door or anything. They must pay people for good reviews here.
