I can’t say enough good things about this place. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. Cassie runs the office like a true professional—she keeps you informed every step of the way and is genuinely compassionate and caring. Dr. Francies and his assistant Jysly were absolutely amazing. I was really nervous and emotional before my procedure, but Jysly was so kind and reassuring—she helped put me at ease right away. Dr. Francies made it a priority to ensure I wasn’t in any pain during the entire process. I had three teeth pulled, and honestly, the worst part (besides the recovery) was just the numbing shot. He was incredibly gentle and attentive the whole time, which made a huge difference in how comfortable I felt. They’re also very affordable, with flexible payment plans, and they often have same-day availability, which is such a relief when you're in pain or dealing with a dental emergency. I’m so grateful I found this office. I couldn’t recommend them more!

This was my second appointment with this facility and dentist and I will definitely be going back. Last time was pretty stressful but they suggested I get nitrous this time and I was so glad I did. Both Dr. Francis and his DA Maddy made sure I was ok during the whole procedure. The explain everything in a way that is easy to understand and make sure you don’t leave with any unanswered questions. 5 Star experience every time from the front desk to leaving the facility.

When I came through the doors of Affordabke Dentist Near Me of Waco..I was more then sure I had PTSD from another dentist from an bad experience..as the dentist Dr Edmondson made me feel so comforable...he was so gentle...as I feel great about returning...as his team is so profession & sweet...KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS..see y'all again soon!! Jysly and Dr. Francies were amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this Dental Office. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They were very thorough and informative about my future treatment plan. They offer flexible payment options. They actually seemed to care about my dental health. I observed other employees giving the same care and compassion to other patients. The two people that worked on me worked through their lunch break to get me taken care of! The office is clean and nice looking. I told everyone in my family to start coming here. I will also recommend to my friends. I live an hour away, but I will definitely continue to come here.

I am very pleased with the service here , but more so the people . Dr. Francies is on point with all the work I'm having done. I've also had two different assistants throughout my appointments and they are both awesome too ( shout out to Maddy & Jysly ) .The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful as well. Overall just a really good experience for some not so fun procedures . 👍
