Insurance coverage required me to switch dentists, so this was my first time visiting Affordable Dentist in Waco. I am so pleased with Dr. Francies. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and very caring. He was so thorough and gentle. The whole staff, from the person who greets you when you come in, to the Office Manager, who explained all charges to me in detail for my plan of care, to Miss Morgan, the hygienist- all of them were superlative. And I thought it was a sweet touch that my name was up on a welcome screen in the room!

I am so glad that people left good reviews because it turns out, they were phenomenal. Patient, very friendly and knowledgeable. Sympathetic and considerate is just an understatement if you ask me. I will definitely recommend this office to all of my friends and family and extend my visit to everyone who will listen. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed and I have never been comfortable at a dentist office but today’s visit was as close to comfortable as I have ever felt. 5 stars isn’t enough if you want the truth.

This has been a horrible experience. I set up an appointment on Tuesday for today (Thursday). I received calls and texts for reminders. NEVER ONCE RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION TELLING ME THEY WERE CLOSED UNTIL MONDAY... For "inclement weather" that never happened. No sign on the door or anything. They must pay people for good reviews here.
