My experience was very good and straightened to the point. I am very fortunate to have them to do my dental work. The assistant to the dentist was absolutely amazing and took great care of me. She is very good at her job and helping out other assistants in the office.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. Cassie runs the office like a true professional—she keeps you informed every step of the way and is genuinely compassionate and caring. Dr. Francies and his assistant Jysly were absolutely amazing. I was really nervous and emotional before my procedure, but Jysly was so kind and reassuring—she helped put me at ease right away. Dr. Francies made it a priority to ensure I wasn’t in any pain during the entire process. I had three teeth pulled, and honestly, the worst part (besides the recovery) was just the numbing shot. He was incredibly gentle and attentive the whole time, which made a huge difference in how comfortable I felt. They’re also very affordable, with flexible payment plans, and they often have same-day availability, which is such a relief when you're in pain or dealing with a dental emergency. I’m so grateful I found this office. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Jysly and Dr. Francies were amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this Dental Office. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They were very thorough and informative about my future treatment plan. They offer flexible payment options. They actually seemed to care about my dental health. I observed other employees giving the same care and compassion to other patients. The two people that worked on me worked through their lunch break to get me taken care of! The office is clean and nice looking. I told everyone in my family to start coming here. I will also recommend to my friends. I live an hour away, but I will definitely continue to come here.

I knew Dentures Direct was the place to get my dentures. I came all the way from South Carolina to have my tooth extractions and same day dentures done here. It was the best price around plus wonderful treatment from Dr. LaVoy and his team. I have my smile back.

Walked in for my appointment and they have great personalities, very friendly, talked to me not at me . Made sure I understood what they talked about. Clean and also had coffee, water and snacks for their patients. First time i have ever seen that. First time going in ,and I am impressed and very happy with them. Thank you to Doctor Edmondson, Treatment Coordinator :Apzitie and RDA :Hiromy and to Tabby who fitted me for my dentures. Ya'll put me at ease . Found my dental care folks finally.
